This 3 hour session is sponsored by Westone and limited to the first 45 registrants pre-registering by mail. This seminar is also restricted to registrants who have successfully completed the previous 12 hours of coursework offered at this Conference. The presentation covers grinding, drilling and retubing the three most common materials in use today for custom earpieces: Acrylic, Vinyl and Silicone.

CONTINUING EDUCATION

The Missouri Hearing Society is approved by the Continuing Education Board of the American Speech–Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) to provide continuing education activities in speech-language pathology and audiology. This program is offered for 1.5 CEU’s (various level; professional area). ASHA CE Provider approval does not imply endorsement of course content, specific products, or clinical procedures.

The Missouri Hearing Society has applied for approval by the American Academy of Audiology to offer Academy CEU’s for this activity. The program is worth a maximum of 1.5 CEU’s. All seminar attendees must have paid registration fee and wear identification badges during seminars and social activities.
